Linda Faulkner is a prolific writer who has published fiction, non-fiction, and technical writing in a number of genres and formats.  In addition to spending over 30 years in the insurance industry as an education provider, insurance agency owner, insurance consultant, and founder/owner of three insurance businesses, Linda has been writing since childhood.

Her newspaper column, Business Sense, appeared in The Weekender, an entertainment monthly in Orlando, Florida, from July 2002 through November 2009.  She has published numerous magazine articles from those appearing in the prestigious insurance trade magazine, Rough Notes, to those appearing in Three Rivers Lifestyle, a magazine that celebrates the best of western Montana.  Linda's first mystery novel, Second Time Around, was published in January 2009 and was nominated for a 2010 EPIC Award in the Best Mystery/Suspense Fiction category.

Linda's non-fiction book, Taking the Mystery Out of Business:  9 Fundamentals for Professional Success, is scheduled for release in early January 2011.  Taking the Mystery Out of Business is a resource for entrepreneurs, those new to the world of business, and experienced professionals wanting to brush up on their business skills.

Linda has developed and written an extensive body of work within the insurance industry, most notably continuing education seminars, workshops, courses, and other texts for both her business, Faulkner Education Services, and a number of national insurance organizations.  She has also developed and written a curriculum of career development workshops and seminars, which she presents at businesses, organizations, and conventions.
